DAVENHAM C.P. HARTFORD ROAD SJ 67 SE 2/35 Roseaton (No 155) - - II House. Early/Mid C19. Red Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers. Two storeys. Entrance front: Rendered plinth, three bays symmetrically disposed. Central ground floor doorway with wooden moulded surround and C20 ½-glazed door. Sash windows to either side of 4 x 4 panes with stone sills and wedge lintels. First floor has similar lateral windows and blind central niche also with stone sill and wedge lintel.
