2 houses, now house and garage. Two C17 builds. Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Garage has later graduated slate roof (roof raised; original steeply-pitched gable line visible on west return to house). House has graduated stone-flagged roof with stone copings and kneelers; stair outshut to rear. End chimneys replaced central hearth. 2-storey garage has large C20 opening and plank door with blocked original 3-light mullioned window between; similar 2-light window to rear. Blocked fireplace with chamfered surround internally against east wall. House 2 storeys with attics, 5 bays. Original studded wooden door in architrave has 3-light window to left; segment-headed fire window, one 3-light and one 2-light window to right. 1st floor has central fire window with two 2-light windows on either side; attic similar, but windows smaller. Ground floor windows and 3 middle 1st floor windows in architraves, others in plain stone surrounds; all except fire windows, mullioned. Continuous hood-mould to ground floor, rising over door; string course above 1st floor. Internally, original panelled doors and stop-chamfered beams survive throughout. Dog-leg stair has closed string with turned balusters, square newels with ball finials, and a moulded handrail. Original wooden spiral stair leads from 1st floor to attic. 3 numbered trusses to roof (central one boxed in). Buildings adjoining east end of house not included.
