House, dated 1794 on rainwater head, with Victorian scullery added at rear. Coursed rubble with incised stucco and chamfered quoins to front. Graduated slate roof with stone copings, kneelers, and rendered end chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays (symmetrical). Single window to either side of 6 panelled door with semicircular fanlight; stone surround has projecting keystone. 3 windows to 1st floor; all windows are 16-paned sashes. Internally, 6-panelled doors, dado rails, alcove cupboards, and some C19 fireplaces have been retained. Original staircase; 16-paned sash to half-landing with internal panelled shutters and shouldered wooden surround. A moulded ogee arch springs from top corners of window frame, terminating in scallop shell finial. Landing has polygonal termination with rooms opening off each face; ceiling has Corinthian cornice and large foliate rose over stairs.
