House. C17, refronted early C19 as part of extensive remodelling to Fust Estate. Brick front, rubble sides and rear, stone dressings, pantiled roof with raised coped verges and kneelers, brick gable stack to left. 2 room plan. 2 storeys and 2 windows, all 3-light casements of 3 panes each, central plank door, all openings with segmental head, 2 circular tie-plates to right, single storey brick lean-to with 6-pane window to left; south side has blocked ground floor window under timber lintel. Rear has 2 windows, all 2-light casements with brick segmental head, ground floor right with leaded lights, all ground floor windows have plank and batten shutters. Interior: not inspected but said to contain winder stair and chamfered beams. Marked on 1659 map of Hill plotted for Edward Fust, then Lord of The Manor.
