BAINBRIDGE BLEAN LANE SD 98 NW (west side) 13/56 High Blean 25.3.69 - II Farmhouse, cottage and farm buildings under 1 roof, with 2 attached coach houses. C17, C18 and C19. Rubble, stone slate roofs. 2 storeys, 9 first- floor openings in all. Coach houses at right angles either end. House: dated 1674. 3 first-floor openings. Projecting gabled single-storey porch with part-glazed door in ashlar surround with, on arris, applied Tuscan columns, and pediment above containing stone with round-arched head inscribed "LTM 1674". Ground floor, to left: paired sash windows in architrave divided by flat-faced mullion; to right: 2-light chamfered mullion window; sash window in architrave with dripmould. First floor: 3 sash windows. Corbel brackets to left. End stacks, that to right very large. Outbuilding to left: 2 windows and steps up to board door. Coach house on left: quoins. Segmental-arched opening of rubble voussoirs with hood-mould; board door in right return. Cottage to right: central 4-panel door with, to left, 12-pane fixed-light window, and, to right, 4-pane casement window under dripmould; sash windows above; stack at end right. Blocked doorway further right, and steps up to first-floor board door of outbuilding on right. Right coach house: gable to road, board door in left return.
