LYNESACK AND SOFTLEY SOUTH SIDE NZ12NW 18/88 High Bank Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Probably mid C18. Sandstone rubble with quoins and ashlar dressings. Pantiled roof with stone-flagged eaves, stone gable coping, and stone and brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Boarded door under flat stone lintel at left of central bay. Similar lintels and projecting stone sills to small window at right of door, and to nearly-square sashes above and in outer bays. Right 2 bays bulge and have throughstones. End chimneys, stone at left and renewed in brick at right; left gable coping with curved kneeler. Right return gable has many throughstones. Interior not inspected.
