1869. Design attributed to T C Sorby. Plum coloured Luton grey bricks with ashlar dressings. Pitched tile roofs. Brick stacks with battered ashlar plinths and much cornicing. Coped stone gable ends on brick kneelers. Two storeys and attics. Two-gabled front towards garden. Various other gables on the other front. Two one storey bay windows on garden front, one canted, the other oblong. Two similar bays on south front, and recessed porch above which wall is carried up to form a parapet at eaves level. Windows either mullioned or mullioned and transomed.
