Farmhouse. C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Tiled roof with brick gable end stacks and a brick ridge stack to the west. Stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Two storeys, four bays. Double pile plan. South elevation with off-centre doorway with massive quoins and lintel. Gothic window above of two lancets within a single pointed arch. To the right a 2-light square section flush mullion window with similar window above. To the left, two similar windows to the ground floor and two above. Drystone garden wall to the road.
