House, formerly 2 or 3 dwellings. C17, extended C18. Timber frame, red brick cased and extended, part pebbledashed. Tiled roofs, some machine tiles. Irregular plan. 2 storeys. Right return towards rear has front elevation of original 2 bay timber framed range with a central entrance, recessed 3 light timber casements, 2 lights to ground floor right. Dentilled brick eaves. At left end to rear is tall C17 multi-flue stack at junction with taller C18 block nearer road projecting slightly forward. 1 bay with an entrance and 3 light timber casements with cambered heads. Dentilled eaves to half hipped roof. 2 storey lean-to extension to left, all pebbledashed, with an entrance and 2 light timber casements with cambered heads. To rear of original range a catslide roof over an early lean-to outshut. To right projecting behind main C17 stack a 2 storey C18 block with 3 light casements, ground floor cambered heads, dentilled eaves, hipped roof. Rear of taller block farther right, ground floor 3 light casement, 2 lights in rendered attic with exposed plates and purlins. Attached at end furthest from road is a lower weatherboarded outbuilding with a cement rendered gable end. Interior: some exposed framing in early 2 bay rang , jowled posts to cambered tie beams.
