Cottage. C16, early and late C19. Timber-frame with plaster infill encased in flint with brick dressings, old plain tile roof. End on to road C16 building of 3 bays, single storey with attic, extended to rear C19 and 2 storey late C19 block added to one side. Other side mainly has C19 outshot but road 2 bays exposed with early C19 6-flush panel door at road end,small window next to it and wide 6-pane camber headed sash next to that. Above this and 3rd bay of C16 building early, C19 gabled dormers with casement or sash. Stack above inner end of road bay of C16 building. Inside much of timber-frame exposed.
