Description


MINSTERWORTH CHURCH LANE SO 71 NE (south side) 5/101 Snowdrop Cottage GV II Small house. Probably C17. Timber framing, wattle and daub, brick nogging, white, rendered infill; corrugated iron roof. Two bays, one room deep, 1 1/2 storeys. To road, framing 3 panels high. Brace to wallplate from corner post; 2-light casement; braces each way from main post; 3-light casement, iron opening light. Two beam ends project by studs: 4-pane window in lean-to on left end. Gable chimney left end. Bays of unequal length. Forms group with Street End Cottage (q.v.).
