Detached house. Datestone 1720. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic; 2-storey rear wing. Front: 2-window fenestration, all 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows with iron casements. Continuous hoodmould to ground floor rising over central doorway with date inscribed on stone lintel; C20 glazed door. Moulded eaves. Gable end chimneys with moulded caps. Off-centre upper floor 2-light casement with hoodmould to south west gable end; single-light above. Single-light attic casement to north east end. Stone fireplaces internally. In derelict condition at time of survey (June 1986).
