Reputed former priest's house. Possibly C14. Random limestone; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan. 1 1/2 storeys. Entrance (south) front unglazed 2-light casement with timber lintel; single-width doorway (without door) with a timber lintel and dressed stone jamb stones (left side of doorway partially rebuilt C20); unglazed opening (possibly formerly a window); pointed flat-chamfered doorway (without door) with a moulded hood. North elevation: traces of a 5 or 6-light window with diamond-sectioned wood mullions (now blocked). Interior comprises two unconnected rooms. The left-hand room has a single deeply chamfered beam with triangular stops; an 'L'-shaped staircase rises in the front right-hand corner inside the door; no fireplace apparent in this room. The right-hand room has a blocked open fireplace at the east gable end with a wooden bressumer and dressed stone jamb stones. No roof over the right-hand room, rear wall and gable end of the same room in a state of collapse at the time of the resurvey (September 1986).
