Cottage. C17. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Limestone slate roof with ashlar gable end stacks with moulded tops and skirtings. 2-room plan. 2-storeys. 2-windowed. 2 and 3-light stone mullioned casements, one with ovolo moulding, the rest with flat chamfers. Stopped hoods over ground floor windows. Unpainted studded door with Cl9 wood hood over.
