PARISH OF ROWSLEY BAKEWELL ROAD SK 26 NE 5/168 (South Side) Lamp Standard GV II Lamp standard. 1867. Sandstone and cast iron. Squared base with curved top, inscribed to east As a memorial of God's loving kindness during fifty years residence in this house. Surmounted by a tapering square shaft about six feet tall. Chamfered angles, stopped at the bottom and at the top forming broaches with the tapered-in sides. Metal plaque to east inscribed Erected by John Holmes 1867 and with a repeat of the inscription already given. Surmounted by a cast iron lamp with scrolled sides. Included for group value only.
