Late mediaeval hall house with early C17 projecting gabled left extension. High pitched tiled roof has large, symmetrical ridge stack with arrises, cornice in several planes and stepped blocking course. C19 tile hung first floor and brick ground floor. Leaded iron casement windows. Inside much heavy exposed timber. Newel staircase in later part. Ornamental plaster work over upstairs fireplace with date 1617.
