Timber-framed to right with red brick ground floor and tile-hung first floor. L-shaped plan. Two storeys. Irregular 5-window front, all C19 casements except sash on first floor of gabled wing. Boarded doors to left and in centre and half-glazed door on re-entrant face of wing to right. Deep catslide to rear with various wings added. Included for group value.
