Early C18 house of three storeys, four windows with one blank bay. Early C19 stuccoed front with incised lines, and parapet. Sash windows with glazing bars in exposed box frames. Six-panel door, top glazed, in moulded architrave. Doorcase of flat pilasters, pulvinated frieze and dentilled cornice and pediment on carved consoles.

Inside some, panelling and one original fireplace surround, now covered. Staircase retains carved tread ends, but balusters altered.

No 11A, Nos 13 and 15, Nos 17, 17A and 19 (The Sycamores) and No 23 form a group.
