Former farmhouse. Late-Medieval, heightened and refurbished in C17, faced in C18 and extended in C20. Timber frame faced with brick. Some flint in gable end. Pantile roof. Lobby entrance type plan with modern lean-to extensions to front and rear. 2 storeys with attic. East facade with C20 lean-to to northern half. Southern half with 2 C19 3-light ground floor windows beneath shallow 2-centred arches. Plain platband. First floor with 2 C18 mullion windows of 3 and 4 lights with metal casements. South gable-end with extension of platband, galletted flintwork and an internal stack. Rear facade with various modern extensions leaving one bay to south. One C17 3-light, ovolo moulded, mullion window re-used at ground floor level inside conservatory. One C20 4-light window. 2 2-light casement windows to first floor. One C20 flat roofed dormer. C17 off-centre axial stack with 2 interconnecting angled shafts. Interior. Inserted C17 floors with ogee and nicked chamfer stops to principal joists and tie beams. C17 collar and butt-purlin roof.
