ST PAUL'S SQUARE 1. Hockley B3 5104 No 5 SP 0687 SE 29/44 19.3.75 II GV 2. Circa 1870 rebuild of C18 town house as industrial premises. Three storeys red brick ground floor has doorway and waggon arch, stilted segmented stucco arches. Three windows to upper floors with chamfered segmental stucco lintels. Parapet rebuilt. Included for group value.
