WOOD LANE 1. 5104 Handsworth B20 Lea Hall SP 09 SE 3/27 23.9.81 II GV 2. C1790 for the Muntz family. Brick slate roof. Three storeys; 2 bays. Ground floor with central door within Ionic porch with entablature only and up steps, and 2 altered casement windows. Stucco band at ground floor ceiling level. First floor windows stand on a narrower stucco band. Second floor with 3 almost square windows. All windows modern casements, the outer ones wider than the centre ones. To the left a perhaps heightened wing, now 2 storeyed; 5 bays. Ground floor with one blind arched window, 3 original windows now with intersecting glazing bars only in their arched heads and an inserted window opening. Band at first floor level. First floor with 2 modern windows.
