CHURCH ROAD 1. 1504 Northfield B31 The Great Stone Public House [formerly listed as the Great Stone Inn (Church Hill)] SP 07 NW 16/11 25.4.52 n GV 2. C18, added to. Timber-framed; painted brick; tile roof. One storey plus attic; 4 bays. Ground floor with 2 windows, the door with simple hood and another window. First floor with 2 windows. All windows casements, mostly of 3 lights. The left-hand return on Church Hill with a ground floor segment- headed window in the later addition and a ground floor later canted bay window in the original wall.
