Circa 1840. Three storeys. Three windows. Painted brick. Wide eaves bracket cornice. Hipped slate roof, with lead ridges. Glazing bars intact. On ground floor, three-light sash window with centre light bowed; bays flanked by pilasters with plain fascia over. Five steps with brick balusters leading up to wide veranda extending across whole of front. Modern central doorway.
