House. Early C17. Coursed ironstone rubble, with Welsh slate roof. Two storeys and attic, three unit plan with added C19 brick outshut on street facade and original outshot staircase projection to rear. Oriented away from street, the rear elevation contains one blocked door to right and a 3-light casement with flat timber lintel on each floor. Eastern gable wall has tier of windows, 4-light caveto moulded stone mullions to ground and first floors with flat hoodmoulds, and a 2-light wood casement in attic. Rear elevation has doorway to right with C19 brick arched head and C19 window to its left with another later doorway beyond. Beyond that is the staircase projection with a 3-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned window. Stone base to axial stack and brick stacks on gables. Inside chamfered beams and at least part of the original staircase surviving; simple newels with ball finials, and a moulded rail. The turned balusters may be later insertions.
