Description


CAMPBELL ROAD E3 1. 4431 (East Side) Nos 21 and 23 and Area railings TQ 3782 12/307 II GV 2. Early C19 pair of houses. Stock brick with narrow, central, recessed, full height panel. Hipped slate roof with wide bracketed eaves soffit. Stucco basement and stuccoed string course at 1st floor sill height. 3 storeys and basement, 2 sash windows each, those of ground and 1st floor set in double segmental brick arches. Doorcases with stucco cornice, entablature and pilasters. Doors have arched panels. Area railings with arrow head finials.

Nos 2 to 44 (even) and Nos 1 to 27 (odd) form a group with Nos 35 to 49 (consec) Arnold Road and Nos 1 to 25 (consec) Tomlins Grove.
