House with dovecote, formerly cartshed and dovecote. Early C19, converted c1988. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings, timber-framing and slate and pantile roofs. Red brick quoins. Single storey former cartshed, now converted to a dwelling, with over the eastern gable a large 2 stage timber-framed dovecote. The lower stage has timber-framing with rendered infill, and a small plank door, above a hipped slate roof with above a smaller square cupola with a wood clad sides and 6 flight holes to each face, above a pyramidal slate roof topped by a wooden finial.
