Farmhouse, C16 with C17, C18 and C19 alterations and additions. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, stone coped gables with two gable and two ridge stacks, concrete tiled roof. T-plan. Two storey with garrets, irregular six bay front. Projecting gabled wing to left of one bay has C18 glazing bar sash windows each in a moulded stone surround with keystone. First floor has a 3 light mullioned window having moulded hood mould with label stops. Above is a further 2 light mullioned window also with moulded hood mould and label stops. The main wing has an off centre C18 glazed penelled door on the left which has a contemporary plain stone surround with raised keyblock bearing an heraldic device. To the right is a C19 three light casement bay window with shallow pitched slate roof. Beyond is a two light C16 mullioned window with moulded surround and drip mould. Beyond again is an C18 panelled door in a plain stone surround with hood mould and label stops. To the right is a 3 light glazing bar casement window in an C18 plain stone surround with raised keyblock. Three of the first floor windows have wooden cross mullions with plainstone surrounds and raised keystones. To the left of them is a small C19 fixed two light window with a C16 hood mould with label stops. The south front of the left hand block has 2 pairs of early C18 windows on the ground floor; they are glazing bar sashes with moulded stone surrounds, raised keyblocks with pulvinated friezes and moulded cornices over. On the first floor are 2 single light glazing bar sashes with timber lintels
