Coursed limestone rubble with fine ashlar front; left return rendered later and scribed as ashlar; double Roman tile roof with coped verges and ashlar end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Late C19 half-glazed door with stone slab hood on brackets. Beaded stone architraves to replacement 6/6-pane window above door, paired 4/4-pane replacement windows to outer bays and 2/2-pane sashes to attic. C20 windows to rear and to right outshut. Interior: panelled doors and shutters in moulded architraves; quarter-turn stair to rear of panelled cupboard door opposite entry. First-floor fireplaces with roundels; those at first and ground floors to left have flanking cupboards in beaded architraves. Feet of trusses and C18 fielded-panel door to attic. Chamfered beams to rear.

Three storeys, 3 bays, sash windows in bead moulded stone surrounds; outer bays paired; centre window to second floor blocked. Central door opening in dressed stone surround, late C19 half-glazed door, stone slab hood on brackets.
