Shown on O.S. map as Trevor House. Farmhouse, now house. Mid-C18 remodelling of C17 house; later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed limestone rubble alternating with regularly coursed blocks forming banded stonework; stone slate roofs with coped verges, moulded to main range. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic. C19 three-light casements with earlier dripmoulds to left and right of central entrance under flat bracketed hood. 4-panel door with panelled reveals, bottom panels of door and reveals fluted. Integral end stacks with paired and rebated shafts, dripstones and capping. Lower range to left is later addition: C19 segmental-headed 3-light casement to ground floor and C20 gabled false dormer directly above. Integral end stack rebuilt C20. Back wall of main range has 2-light mullion windows with dripstones on both floors and infilled doorway to far left. C19 gabled ranges projecting to left and right, former with roof raised in mid-C20 and latter formerly stables with granary above approached by external steps. Interior. Dog-leg staircase in central hall with stick balusters, carved open string and wreathed handrail rises to attic. Right ground-floor room has C18 carved wooden fireplace surround brought in from elsewhere concealing inglenook, and chamfered spine beam. Left room has stone fireplace with concave moulded surround and later wooden lintel. [2413]
