TG 2308 NW THE CLOSE 16/175 26.2.54 No.1. GV II* Former use unknown, now office. Early c19. Red brick. Roof not visible. Single-storey. 3 blind windows in parapet. Right-hand off-centre door with square fanlight. 2 sash windows with glazing bars and flat rubbed brick arches. Small sash window at extreme right.
