House, C17. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof. Formerly 2 single cell cottages of 2 builds. 2 storeys and attic. South-west front: baffle entrance to right hand cell. Left hand cell: left gable end stack, rendered plinth, coursed flint and brick to vertical brick quoin joint to right, with platband of 5 brick courses, one moulded. Right hand cell: uncoursed flint, no plinth. Stack to left hand side of cell, now axially central to house. Door beneath C20 pantiled coped canopy. Ground floor windows under segmental arches, cast iron frames with cast iron glazing bars incorporating casements. 2 upper floor C20 casements with glazing bars. Single storey extension to left in brick and flint mosaic. Door to left. Cast iron casement window to right with cast iron glazing bars formerly Gothic headed lights. Right hand gable to road: flint brick mosaic; C18 brick above eaves in stretcher bond; circular late C20 attic window. Rear: (north-west facade), right hand side coursed flint and brick mosaic with dog tooth cornice and platband. Left hand side uncoursed flint, dentil cornice. Far left hand side in brick. 2 windows to each storey, 2 raking dormers, all cast iron casements with cast iron glazing bars. Interior: right hand cell (south-east) with jewel stopped chamfered bridging beam and tie beam over fireplace. Staircase behind fire place. Left hand cell (north-west) higher.
