Render, probably on brick; Welsh slate roof; rendered brick end stack to left, ridge stack to right of centre. 3-storey, 5-window range. 4-panel door with overlight and side lights to centre with open C20 lattice porch. French windows to left and right of centre. 12-pane unhorned sashes to left and right and to first floor. Three 6-pane unhorned sashes to second floor right. Interior not inspected.
