BLEWBURY SOUTH STREET SU5385 (East side) 16/48 East Brook GV II House. C17 with early C19 addition to right. Irregular timber-framing with painted brick infill to left; render, probably on brick to right; old plain-tile roof of 2 heights; brick end stack to left, ridge stack to right of centre. 2 storeys and attic; 2-bay range with 2-storey, 2-bay addition to right, all at right-angles to street. C20 glazed door to right. Irregular fenestration of casements and sashes, having 16-pane unhorned sash to first floor centre and 12-pane unhorned sash to first floor right. Flat-roofed dormer to left of centre. Queen post roof truss to left gable end to street. Interior not inspected.
