House, now offices. Mid C18, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond with brighter-red brick dressings; concealed plain tile roof. Three storeys, five bays. C20 shop front. Windows have sashes in reveals with flat brick arches and projecting sills, on first floor having upper sashes only remaining of former twelve-pane sashes; on second floor having six-pane sashes. Second floor platband. Parapet with stone coping. End stacks.

Interior: on first floor, right-hand room has fireplace with eared architrave and old two-panel door on its right.
