House, now meeting house for Guild of St. Nicholas. Medieval origins but mainly late C16/early C17. Regular coursed limestone and timber frame with brick infill. Thatch roof. 3-unit plan. Single storey with attic. 2-window range of small eyebrow dormers, some with leaded casement. 3 C19 plank doors with 3 small windows between. Remains of leaded casements; all under wood lintels. Left gable has timber framed apex and 2 casement windows, that at ground floor has leaded lights. Rear elevation has 4 windows, 2 with remains of leaded lights. Interior has 3 open fireplaces with bressumers and winder stair. Used for a time as 3 houses. Original building said to have been occupied by stone masons working at Church of St. Nicholas (q.v.).
