Two cottages, now detached house. Late C17, altered C20. Flemish bond brick with stone dressings, some stone and flint chequers and bands, thatched roof, brick stacks. 'L'-plan, gable end to road. Two storey, 3-windowed; casements. Stone 'Tudor'-arched moulded doorway with planked door in thatched porch to right, 3-light ovolo-moulded casement to right, 2-light and 3-light ovolo- mullioned casements with hoodmoulds to left. First floor, formerly attic with eaves raised early C20; two C20 three-light mullioned casements and 2-light leaded casement to right. Attached to right is wing with some blocked openings to ground floor, C20 three-light ovolo-mullioned casements to first floor, rear of this wing has 2- light and 3-light casements. Left return of main range in flint and stone bands and chequers, C20 two-light mullioned casement to left. Rear has C20 mullioned casement and 2-light casements to ground floor. Interior not accessible at time of survey (May 1985), but said to have open fireplace with cambered lintel on stone jambs, planked doors.
