Farmhouse. Late C16, with later additions. 2 storeys and attics; 3-cell plan, with a cross-wing at the lower end. Timber-framed rendered and lined; black glazed pantiles. An internal chimney-stack with a plain white brick shaft. 3-light mullion-and-transome type windows to each floor with square leaded panes, and one 2-light casement. An enclosed, gabled porch with a C20 studded plank door. Basic internal chimney and cross-entry house, with the cross-entry doorways blocked, and replaced by a lobby-entrance. The interior has been mildly Georgianised, and only main posts and main beams, with wide chamfer, scroll or curved stops, are exposed. An C18 2-storey brick extension along the rear.
