Description


ROSE GREEN ROAD 1. 5401 ALDWICK ------------ No 92 SZ 9099 10/118 II 2. A symmetrical semi-detached pair of cottages, probably mid C18. 2 storeys. Rendered front painted cobbles elsewhere. Steep tiled hipped roof, with central ridge chimney. Modillion eaves cornice of brick. 2 casement windows on each storey with doors towards the corners and gabled perches of brick and flint with segmental-headed openings. 2 sash windows in left end. Extension across rear under slope of roof with 3 large tile-hung dormers, the middle probably mid C19 and the others modern.
