Originally called Rustington House. Late C19. Architect J L Pearson. Two storeys. Six windows. Yellow brick with stone dressings. Gothic style. Tiled roof. Windows with stone mullions and transoms. The entrance front has a porch with Gothic brick arch. Projecting gable to the left. Stepped gables to the right, against which is set a two-storeyed canted bay window with castellated parapet. The north front has a stepped gable and a canted bay window to the left of it. Projecting bay to the right. Doorway in centre with five-light window above it.
