The building is either a medieval structure or a C16 replacement of a tithe barn
belonging to St Pancras Priory at Southover, Lewes, which was attached to the
Priest House at West Hoathly. But it has been modernised and converted into a
house. Two storeys, Four Window. Lower portion ashlar, above faced with
weather-boarding. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Ashlar chimney breast in centre
of east wall with brick stacks.
